DIRECTIONS:

the summer. Here are some suggestions. You
may choose books from these groups or other
grade 4-5 books. (The American Library
Association (www.ala.org)
has some good web links, such as "Great
Web Sites for Kids.") Fill out the form
listing the book titles and authors.
Then give it to me by Wednesday, September
